Washington... and back to life

Yes, I know it has been a very long time. Life has been fast paced.
Washington was wonderful (minus the two days I had food poisoning).
Mount Vernon, the National Arboretum, Smithsonian, Memorials, National Cathedral, all of it was grand. I LOVED coming home! I really missed my family and was greeted by a beautiful sign, happy children, roses and a very grateful husband.
